Biography

Irvandias Sanjaya (Dias) is a Social Entrepreneur and Philantrophy of Disability & Youth Development issues. Dias takes his Bachelor of Psychology in Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia was awarded as 1st Outstanding Student in Faculty of Psychology & 2nd winner of Most Outstanding Student on Outstanding League of Most Outstanding student (Top high ranked student based on GPA/ academic & Achievment/ empowerment equals with non academic). Awardee of YSEALI Academic Fellowship Program in Arizona State University majoring Social Entrepreneurship & Economic Development. 

Dias is a Public Speaker, Motivator, and Trainer for youth organization and related Social Movement project topics. Dias has reached 6500 audience, 90 hours speaking and 35 Organizations have been trained by Dias in the topics of (Social Entrepreneurship, Public Speaking, Personal Branding, Scholarship, Leadership, Life Motivation, Design Thinking, as well as Inclusivity) due of his roles & accomplishments in several organizations, business to inspire Indonesian Young Leaders. Dias is an alumni of Young Leaders for Indonesia program by McKinsey&Company in 2017.

Dias is CEO of Designfordream.id which its Financial Inclusion called CrowdHelping (combination between Crowdfunding & Marketplace) for empowering disabilities to be an entrepreneur or professional. During two years of business running, Design for Dream empowered more than 120 disabilities with USD 1750 funds collected in Crowdfunding & 500 disabilities's products sold in Marketplace. Dias also led Design for Dream to be a Project Winner of Social Venture Business Competition by Namaa & Ghadaam Foundation UEA, People's Choice Award on Project Presentation by Youth Time Organization Czech Republic, and Winner of Busan Global Smart Cities Challenge.
